First Birthday at Workplace

My first birthday at Wipro got over long back, but I couldn’t plan a time for making a blog post on How I felt on that occasion and How people around me treated on my B’day.

The day started with wishes from all over the world . The first was from my room mates and friends in our new house. Prads, Karthik Raja, Srinivas, Manoj, Hari, Satyaraj and Prem (shared the birthday cake with me since his b’day also falls on the same day).

As I said earlier in my blog posts, I received my birthday gift before I reached 22. Few of my college mates/colleagues ended up with gifts and cards on this occasion.

In my workplace, had a great time with colleagues over there. They started hitting me as I was new and also getting rid of bumps on a birthday is a impossible task in our place. Thank god! Escaped with some few shots as I was new many where thinking to hit me, but now the scenario is reverse. Phew!

Adding a year extra to my Age

July 9, 2010 00:00 AM, I received the first bump for my 22^ndB’day at Bangalore. Prem and I share birthday on the same day. Prem’s roommates (Srini, Manoj, Hari, Satyaraj) along with my room mates (Prasanna and Karthik raja) celebrated it in Prem’s room like a blast. I received B’day calls from almost every one of my friends.

The next bump was at my workplace where we celebrate everyone’s birthday in our project. I had a great time here at Bangalore. It was totally a great experience being away from home and living with friends.

This time my B’day gift is Nokia 5530 Xpress music from my mom which I received it two weeks before my B’day since I knew I will be celebrating my B’day here in Bangalore. Last time it was Pulsar 150, which I can never forget which was the biggest of all, next added to the list is my new mobile.

Chandru’s B’day

March 6th, 2010

March 4th, 2010 we celebrated the b’day of Chandru which falls on March 6 since he has to leave for his native. We(Prasanna,Peri and me) planned for a surprise but it turned out to be a known surprise except for the words written on the cake(JES%). Where ‘%’ denotes infinite combination as you can see this in SQL query. lol.

Prem, Prasanna, Peri, Chandru and me were present at the scene and it took place at around 10 15pm and we sang b’day song and Chandru blew the candles and we shared the cake. “The first b’day in Bangalore during the course of Wipro Training”.

My best of 2009

Its almost end of 2009 with 3 days left and everyone expecting a new beginning in the year 2010. I too hope the same. But we cannot forget 2009 which has done so much for us. I’m here to list out some of the best achievements which made my life change from one end to other.

My Best of 2009

January – Enjoyed a trip to Tiruthani, Banglore and Mysore.

February, March, April – Did not find much time for blogging since i was hooked up with the Cloud Computing project which i had taken up for Final year project.

May, June, July – Wasted time by just downloading and watching English movies.

August – A mail from Sandra Davis of Sun Mircosystems caught out attention towards our paper on Cloud, which we thought everyone ditched. This was another most thrilling experience.

September – The most expensive month for my family of the year 2009 as i got my birthday gift in the name of ‘Bajaj Pulsar’.

October – I was busy this month with my uncle’s crackers’ shop coping up with business time. I also had ‘a great success‘ with our paper ‘Enhancing Portable Environment using Cloud and Grid‘ getting an entry into Google’s Suggestion.

November – Mail from Wipro regarding the Document Verification Process and Tentative Date of Joining as February.

December – Got my own domain and hosting.

Thus 2009 ended with my best wish. 2009 had all that i wanted but it also had some worst situations too, i never think about it rather having the best incidents of life.

GP's birthday with treat :)

It was 20th june 2009 which is the day wen GP(Ganpath priya, puppy ) got into 21. We planned a surprise party for her and a treat at “Casa Piccola”, an italian restaurant on june 22.

We(jk,nachi,abi,sandya,usha,malathi,karthika,nancy,raji and me) met at spencers at around 11am on jun 22 2009. Was chit chatting there and then me n jk left to get some decorative items for the party and others went on to get gift for gp. At almost 1 40pm we finished our shopping and others bought a gift and we then decided to go to the restaurant where Gp and Sankar where waiting for us to start off the treat. Thanks to gp and sankar for making a memorable lunch at a great restaurant. Had a fabulous time there.

It took almost 2 hours for us to finish lunch. and we made our mark into Barista few minutes later where we had a plan of a surprise party for her. We made a treasure hunt for her to find the gift which we bought her. Nice game, we too enjoyed it. Hope she would have thrilled a lot about that.

We arranged a cake box which contains a bun, a bulb and a chit which says “sorry budget problem, recession !!!” . She opened it and got bulb as we all expected. Then few minutes later we revealed the cake and then the party began.

.

After all things were over, some of us left home and others left for Snow Bowling at Nungambakkam.

A day which made our gang to reunite once again after days past the end of our college life, making another remarkable day out together!!

Aashini B'day Party

Aashini Lekha, my cousin’s(Vijay Raj) daughter who stepped into her first year after making her life into this world. Had a b’day party arranged by my cousin at a star hotel . Enjoyed a lot out there. !! Cool stuff. Ate well, had a great time with all my cousins. Good celebration . We bursted of the room with our childish plays which we used to have in our house. The hotel manger saw us like a villian. lol..

) reached “marry brown” in spencers at around 1 pm..we started of wit a birthday cake and gave our gifts to nachi..then we ordered some stuff and finished lunch over ther,,,then roamed for some time, teasing each other
